到會員helpdesk回報兩天後,目前仍完全沒有回應! :(
昨天試著到討論區求助, 隔天很快的收到回覆~ (so..helpdesk是休假中嗎?:P)

LPU helper 回覆了以下的內容: (好像常發生寄錯事件,感覺到司空見慣的態度..)
Lots of people have brought this to our (mods and me via the threads) attention.
All I can say is to PM either myself or Catempy...
as far as I know, the only help we can give you is to PM you
the phone number to the HQ. (/.\ 是要會員打國際電話去問HQ嗎?)
When you PM either of us, please tell us your COUNTRY of residence.
Especially if you PM me, ONLY GIVE US THAT INFORMATION..
NO MORE (no address, no ticket info, no email,
nothing other than the country you live in) ...
with the exception of the major metro area you live near,
IF AND ONLY IF YOUR COUNTRY HAS MORE THAN ONE TIME ZONE
[excludes US/Canada/Mexico residence, as I know which state/provence is
in which time zone]
