After their famously bumpy parting back in the 90s, former Suede man
Bernard Butler and vocalist David McAlmont have teamed up to make sweet music
once more, kicking off with the single, Falling, released on this week
(29 July). It’s followed by an album, Bring It Back, on 12 August.
"When Bernard rang me and said he wanted to meet I was like,
‘Well, if he’s been big enough to call me, then fine," says McAlmont
of their recent "friends reunited" scenario. "We had a chat,
he gave me the CD and told me to have a listen. I was like,
"Don’t you wanna talk about the past?’, and he just said,
I wanna work with you again, simple as that."
