4 NEW SUEDE LP'S THIS YEAR!

While Suede's fifth studio album is still set for a spring 2002
release, fans can look forward to 4 CDs worth of rare Suede
material, much of it previously unavailable. Suede's four studio
albums are to be re-released at midprice later this year - each
featuring an entire album's worth of rare and unreleased tracks.
Reissuing albums at a lower retail price is common music business
practice, but rather than just add one or two bonus tracks onto
the albums as often happens, the band decided to offer an entire
new disc of music with each album, so that no one could complain
of being short-changed.
The exact tracklisting of each disc is still under discussion, but
as well as hard to find b-sides that weren't included on 1997's
Sci-Fi Lullabies compilation, the discs are expected to include
some alternate versions of familiar tracks and even a few songs
that even the band's most devoted collectors will never have heard
before.
