Early indications suggest that Oasis have taken a leaf out of the Stroke's book, with the video simply based around them playing live - just like in the video for Last Nite. 這張超有“化學作用”的照片是 NME 的天才攝影師 Pennie Smoth 在上禮拜倫敦現場所捕捉到的，據說這支音樂錄影帶是從 The Stokes 的 "Last Nite" MTV 所得來的靈感哦。 Pennie, the legendary rock photographer who was recently awarded a Godlike Genius NME Carling Award for her services to the paper was there to catch the lads in an uncharectaristically jocular mood during one of their breaks from filming. The other shot shows a sole Noel Gallagher practising for his next live closeup. 這位才剛被頒發 Godlike Genius NME Carling Award 的 Pennie 先生是位傳奇的搖滾樂團攝影師，他這次特別在 Oasis 拍攝 The Hindu Times 的現場，趁著團員休息的時候，神奇的拍下了這張自然無預警的全體大笑合照，而那張 Noel 的獨照則是在他練習下一個鏡頭時的樣子。 The video's director, Wiz, who's previously been in charge of making promos for the likes of Marilyn Manson, the Manic Street Preachers and Primal Scream told NMEl "this is the video that Oasis fans have been waiting for." 至於這支 MTV 的導演 Wiz (曾經拍攝過 Marilyn Manson, the Manic Street Preachers 以及 Primal Scream 等的宣傳帶)，表示 The Hindu Times 的音樂錄影帶 “正是所有綠洲歌迷所等待的東西”。 NME can also reveal the B-sides to The Hindu Times, which is released on April 15 through Big Brother. They are "Just Getting Older" and "Idlers Dream", which like the lead track were also written by Noel Gallagher. It's the first Oasis single for 18 months. NME 也再度證實之前所傳出的 b-side 曲目 "Just Getting Older" 和 "Idlers Dream" 這兩首都是由 Noel 創作的歌曲。而 The Hindu Times 也是距離 Oasis 上一張單曲 Sunday Morning Call 十八個月以來發行的第一個新作。 It has also been announced that, for the first time ever, the band will release the single on a DVD which will also feature the first part of a candid three part documentary about Oasis shot during the Brotherly Love tour. 這次另一個創舉當然就是 DVD 格式單曲的發行，為此特別收錄獨家 Oasis 於去年和 Black Crowes 巡迴全美「兄弟之愛」演唱會的路途中 tour 巴士上的生活紀實。 Describing the documentary as "no holds barred", a spokesperson for the band said "there's never really been anything like this about Oasis before. You'll see them on the tourbus, everything. I've never seen anything like this on them before." 強調“零距離無保留”的巡迴紀實，是發言人口中“大家從未見識過的 Oasis”。 The Hindu Times is the first of ten tracks on the band's forthcoming studio album, due for release in the summer. The album, as yet untitled was recored at Wheeler End studios in London and produced by Oasis themselves. The Hindu Times 將會是今夏發行新專輯十首歌裡的第一首歌曲，這張尚未取名的新專輯是由 Oasis 自己在倫敦的 Wheeler End 錄音室製作完成的。 Other tracks on the album include three songs written by Liam Gallagher and Hung In A Bad Place which was written by Gem Archer. 專輯裡其他歌曲還包括 Liam 的創作以及 Gem 之前發表過的的那首 Hung In A Bad Place。 The band's summer live shows taking place in London's Finsbury Park on July 5, 6 and 7 have now all sold out.
