Courtney told NME magazine that there was one really good song.
Liam had played back the whole album for her. "There's one song
that was like a 60's garage rocker", she reported. She describes
the song 'Boy with the Blues' as an excellent song, gnarly and
fucked up using big guitar feed back - Northern, mangled, blues.
The big sound comes from an old 1970s vintage soundboard explained
The Village's CEO Jeff Greenberg, the same setup that helped JET
crank out tunes on "Get born". According to studio staff, Oasis
were "sweet", "disciplined" and "some of the nicest people".

她則透露: "整張專輯最棒的歌是一首具備60年代車庫搖滾風的歌曲'Boy
with the Blues". 充滿了強烈的吉他迴音音牆, 且帶有憂鬱的風味."
The Village錄音室的CEO Jeff Freenberg也解釋了關於這次Oasis的音色
是來自70年代的vintage式混音以及相關器材, 跟 JET的音色配置完全一樣.
另外也表示Oasis在錄音期間待人極為友善且遵守紀律 (!!)
