還是近況更新。 http://tinyurl.com/2hpmlw just droppin you a line to say major sorry for dissapearing for a bit. I got stuck in doing some production work and building my studio setup, well unbuilding it with software instead of boxes of crap everywhere. I am now back working on my project and will do a blog thing soonish, next month or so to fill everyone in on the progress of my project. Thanks for keepin the faith, ill try not to let anyone down and do any crap music. Ive given up smoking, and weed, and guinness, and am working hard on the project. No boozing, well a bit. And my only recreational activity is sitting in Gladwys Street for home games on asaturday afternoon. Ive been listening to Joanna Newsome, very good record with Van Dyke Parks doing string arrangements and ive stopped staying up all night and sleeping all day, oh and ive been to the gym too, a bit. I crashed my mini a while back but am ok and Im using a 1960s epiphone casino as my main guitar for the album and a rickenbacker 4001 bass and an fender deluxe as my main amp. My trusty old neumann U87 that ive always done my vocals on blew up so i had to take it to high wycome to be fixed so im using a sure sm57 at the moment. Dexy played bass on demos of a couple of tracks for my project but im trying to play everything myself. I did a bit of diy and need a new kitchen. Ive got a mac pro 8 core 3ghz with 16gig ram and a 1.5 terrabite harddisk for recording, its a monster. I heard WOS on radio 1 the other day, how weird is that. Me and Chad and Andy are all in touch, sort of, so we'll have to see how that goes, but chad doesnt wanna be in a band. Andie's running his drum teaching clinics, doing pretty cool. I went to see prince, stones and the police, all good, excellent seeing prince though. I went to see the twang too, dont know why. I never flew in a plane last year, the first year in 12 i didnt go to an airport, it was my new years resolution. My resolution this year is to finish my project. I am 11 stone 10 at the moment but want to be 11 stone. I drove past Paul Marttneys house today, he was in court. Ive probably mentioned the songtitles ive been working on and theyll probably change so its no big deal but - Can u ever trust another, feel like i wanna stay, friend, sex with strangers, cant get fairer than that, Annie, (oh i got an iphone by the way), being a girl part 3, make myself more interesting than i really am, sociopath, wont get hurt by a woman again, borderline nymphomaniac, life turns on inconsiquential moments, synth pop hero, monkeys on a rock, say what everyone else thinks and theyll say y fuckin mad, cancer pt II..... er cant remember any more. sorry for the rambling message, im just jotting things down while trying to watch spiderman III, wow theres a great idea im gonna write about a superhero, nahh, probably been done b4. sorry for being the britpop/indie scott walker (i.e 1 record per decade type of guy) Im determined to get back to being prolific again, i found my mojo. sorry 4 spelling as usual.
