thanks for all the cool comments. jonti and andie particularly liked the
'i'm gonna throw up' post. made em chuckle. they asked me to give you a
bit of background as to how these songs were recorded.
first off these are living room recordings. they were not done in any posh
studio. (they asked me to stress that.) they came about during the last
few months and were interupted by drinking lots off tea and coffee, playing
gran tourismo 4(fastest lap shoot out is a fave) , watching lost and alan
partridge.
jonti originaly wrote most of the songs as acoustic pieces but it became
quite apparent that once they started playing together that the songs kicked
much ass. and once they started, those of us in the room realised that jonti
and andie have never sounded so good. and it started from there.
there are loads more songs, too many to list and they are constantly working
on them.
in the next few weeks there will be a conserted efford to find a decent
rehersal room in central cheshire to start bashing these tunes out at volume
to prepare for some live work.
i'm also gonna sort out some pictures to put on the site. them playing and
some promo type ones (god i hate the word promo).
will keep you posted.
