阿尊尊家裡有錢不大令人驚訝，但看到下面的報導還是有"驚"了一下。
因為他實在蠻低調的，不過這就是他吸引人的地方吧，
看他上節目的一些表現跟冒出的一些警世話語有時真的會"SHOCK"我一下，
這人生活未免也太認真了吧，臺灣現在真的需要這樣的偶像，
希望他跟其他三位飛飛未來能更好，昨天的表演真的有蠻多需要加強的地方，加油！
下次來組團去汶萊阿尊尊的的Fitness Zone逛逛^^
GHK Group真的是阿尊尊家族的，也就是說尊是GHK的孫子，以下是汶萊報章刊登尊健身俱
樂部的兩篇2002年左右的新聞和圖片。(GHK Group是汶萊有名的華人家族)
第一部分是說吳吉尊先生是Fitness Zone的經理 然後Fitness Zone在汶萊可以說是首屈
一指的世界級的健身中心，然後大概就是尊代表健身中心對公衆表示他們的健身中心旨在
使每個會員都得到鍛煉獲得健康。
第二部分是在介紹Fitness Zone的布局位置還有規模。且他們從早上六點到午夜12點都
是開門服務的，且有30種不同類別的健身項目...
第三部分都是在介紹他們的會員服務 類似把會員分成大約20人爲一組的話，平均每20人就
有幾個教練幾個營養師之類的然後他們保證每一個會員都能受到你需要的個別針對性地服
務。而且和文萊其他健身中心不一樣的是，他們可以提供照顧孩子的服務。當你在健身的
時候，你的孩子也不會到處亂跑。然後健身中心的200名會員加入都是免費的，可以擁有
所值的享受他們所支付的500美金會員費。
最後是說Fitness Zone加入了超過30家公司和20家酒店的合作夥伴，公司員工和酒店客人
可以得到優惠。
而且Fitness Zone還是兩個健康組織的成員，且擁有一個類似護照的東西--HIRSA也就
是說你成爲了Fitness Zone會員就意味著在全球超過3000家加盟健身中心能够得到一樣的
服務。它保證您即使在旅途中也能夠繼續您的健身計劃。
覺得最特別的是尊的健身中心的會員可以享受到他聘請的法國厨師的大餐哦！！這一點真
的超讚的~~~ (根本自己想享受^^)
而且Fitness Zone是從尊2002接手以來開始迅速發展，他還親自在墨爾本作過關於成功健
身中心的市場調查。今年還在汶萊Kiulap area開了分店。

Fitness Zone, Brunei's largest and state-of-the-art fitness centre which will
open soon by early February has received a very good response from the public
with 200 people already signed up as members.
Fitness Zone-汶萊最大的而且是藝術層次的健身中心將會於二月初開業.這個健身中心已
經取得了很好的社會迴響: 200人已經登記成爲會員.
An information counter which is located at the 1st floor of Centrepoint in
Gadong since December 27 last year also provided interested individuals with
the information they need regarding the centre.
於去年12月27號開始的,位於Gadong一樓熱門中心位置，也可以給有興趣的個人提供
他們需要的關於健身中心的資訊.
General manager of Fitness Zone, Mr Goh Kiat Chun, believes that there is a
need to show the public here the importance of proper health training and
Fitness Zone will provide everyone the training at its one-stop fitness
centre.

Fully equipped with the world's renowned equipment provider such as Nautilus
and Star Trac, the 10,000 square feet fitness centre also provides other
additional facilities such as boxing studio, cardio theatre, circuit
training, express zone, group cycle studio, group exercise classes, members
lounge, spin cycle studio, sauna, stretch area, book & video rental, weight
training, beauty salon, sports caf? junior care, massage, nutritionist,
physiotherapy, pro shop, personal training and a wide range of fitness
programmes.
這個健身中心的所有健身器材都是世界級的器材提供商例如Nautilus 和 Star Trac所提

Adding to that, Fitness Zone which will open from 6 am to 12 midnight will
also be introducing 30 different types of aerobics classes by its certified
fitness instructors.

Several 6-week intensive fitness programmes such as weight loss and cellulite
loss are also some of the high-lighted programmes which will be introduced by

What differs the fitness centre from all others in Brunei is the availability
of a junior care where children can just hang out in the care of its staff
members while parents work out in the gym.

的陪同下玩耍,同時家長們可以在健身房鍛煉.
Fitness zone has already recruited around 20 staff members including 3
physiotherapist, 2 nutritionists, 6 aerobic instructors, 3 personal trainers
as well as several administration staffs and membership consultants.
健身中心已經新聘請大約20個工作人員,包括3個理療師,2個營養師,6個有氧健身教練,3個
個人教練和一些其他的管理人員和會員諮詢人員.
Prior to registration, members will each receive a free consultation with its
certified nutritionist and physiotherapist to basically tailor their needs to
get the proper training according to each individual's need.

Around 200 people have already received a free joining fee for Fitness Zone
which is worth $500 and promotions to extend the offer will be coming soon.

Fitness Zone is also a member of the International Health Racquet and Sports
Club Association (IHRSA) and all members of Fitness Zone will automatically
receive a HIRSA passport which can be used at over 3,000 clubs worldwide to
make use of its guest privileges.
健身中心同時也是國際健康組織(International Health Racquet and Sports Club
Association (IHRSA))的成員.所有健身中心的會員都會自動收到HIRSA的"護照", 可以用

The owner of Fitness Zone, Mr Goh Kiat Chun, recently stated that Fitness
Zone has plans to open up another fitness club - a three-storey building with
a floor space of about 35,000 sq ft - designed to cater for all kinds of
sports and fitness enthusiasts. The second club, which will be located at the
Kiulap area, is expected to be ready by early 2005.
Fitness Zone的所有者吳吉尊先生,最近表明健身中心計劃開另外一個健身俱樂部,一個3層
樓的建築,面積約35000平房英尺, 設計成用來滿足所有運動和健身愛好者. 這個第二家俱
樂部將會位于Kiulap地區,預計在2005年初建成
The proposed club will be the first fitness complex in Brunei which would
meet the international standard. The club will consist of fitness and
sporting facilities including an indoor multi-purpose hall, a badminton court
and a basketball court where the management has plans to organise several
sporting events. The management also has plans to include an indoor lap pool,
which is currently pending approval.
這個提議重的俱樂部將會是汶萊第一家達到國際水準的健身綜合機構.這個俱樂部將會由
健身和運動設備,包括一個室內多功能廳,一個羽毛球場和一個籃球場組成,在那兒管理層

Meanwhile this October, a cafe will be opening soon at The Mall, in front of
the existing Fitness Zone Centre. The concept of the cafe will be different
from other health cafe.

Fitness zone Centre. 這個Cafe的概念將會有別于其他的健康餐廳.
The caf?will have a big projector screen where diners can sit and watch TV,
pool tables, and a lounge that will be divided into two sections - the
relaxation lounge and the "pool and dart" lounge.
這個餐廳將會有一個大型的投影屏幕,在那兒進餐者可以坐下看電視, 桌球.同時有一個休
閒室將會被分成2個區域-休閒區以及桌球,飛鏢區.
The lounge would be a perfect place to organise a social gathering. A variety
of coffee, health refreshments, smoothies such as protein juice and yoghurt
will be on offer at the cafe French gourmet food such as bread, pastry,
croissant, sandwiches will also be available, prepared by a French
gourmet-trained baker.
這個休閒室將會是一個最好的地方用來組織一些社會集會. 各式各樣的咖啡,健康飲料,蛋

Fitness Zone is currently offering the "International Health, Racquet &
Sportsclub Association (IHRSA) Passport" programme to members, especially
those who travel frequently, to help travellers maintain their regular
workout schedules.

(IHRSA) Passport"(一國際健身會員資格) 機會給會員們. 特別是那些常常出國的人,用來
幫助旅行者維持他們正常的健身計劃.
The IHRSA Passport Programme is the industry's largest and most successful
reciprocal access guest membership programme. As Part of the IHRSA Passport
Programme, members of Fitness Zone will be able to maintain their regular
workout schedules whilst travelling at any participating health club across
the globe. In addition, Fitness Zone will offer travelling members of other
IHRSA clubs access to its facilities when they visit Brunei.
這個IHRSApassport計劃是健身工業最大型最成功的互惠會員計劃. 作爲這個計劃的一部
分,健身中心的會員得以維持他們正常的規律健身計劃同時在國外旅行,通過參加全球其他
