http://www.geocities.com/jeffyisme/abandoned.mp3 Abandoned Love，迪倫畢生寫的最好的情歌之一，完畢。 ================================================================ 另外聊一下這首歌的背景好了。Desire的錄音工作在七五年七月二十八日開始，到了三十日就幾乎錄好了；三十一日，Sara到錄音室拜訪迪倫，那天迪倫錄了兩首自己寫、沒有與 Levy 合作的歌，Sara（這個 take 有收錄在 Desire 中）、與 Abandoned Love。這兩首歌為什麼沒有跟 Levy合作？我們看了歌詞就知道： can still hear the sounds of those Methodist bells, I'd taken the cure and had just gotten through, Stayin' up for days in the Chelsea hotel, Writin' 'Sad-Eyed Lady of the Lowlands' for you. Sara, Sara, Wherever we travel we're never apart. Sara, oh Sara, Beautiful lady, so dear to my heart. -- Bob Dylan, Sara -- 這首歌是迪倫對 Sara 的表白之作，他甚至承認 Blonde on Blonde 裡的 Sad-Eyed Lady of the Lowlands 就是寫給 Sara 的情歌（其實歌迷一直在猜測了，因為歌名裡鑲嵌了她的全名，Sara Lownds），Levy當然不可能涉足其中。Sara這首歌是 Desire 的壓軸之作，迪倫在錄我們現在聽的這個 take的時候，Sara本人就站在錄音室外面，我每次聽 Sara 都會想到這一幕 …… 三十一號當天的另一首歌曲，Abandoned Love，這個 take 收錄在八五年發行的 biograph： I march in the parade of liberty But as long as I love you I'm not free.
