The fifth episode will feature the 'Single Ladies' singer asking the remaining girls to show off their modelling skills in an advert for her perfume range Heat. Other upcoming challenges for the remaining ten girls include a task on London's Carnaby Street and posing in the nude while covered in chocolate.
