各位, 現在志願者Carlos抱著5歲的Daniel帶到臨時醫療帳篷. 飽受高燒和嘔吐折磨的
Daniel在這裡接受了瘧疾檢查. UNICEF C4D計畫支援因熱帶氣旋伊代無家可歸的人們.
莫三比克的貝拉地區受到熱帶氣旋伊代的影響, 水電都中斷了. 莫三比克政府以及
UNICEF和英國在物流, 財政, 技術支援下迅速掌握了問題, 在3月22日恢復了供水.
現在約60%的水管已修復且投入使用中, 直到基礎設施修復完成為止, 政府將使用特殊供
水車輛. 迫切需要各位的關心以及幫助!
Mozambique, Lucio Carlos a volunteer social mobiliser carried Luisa Daniel,
5, suffering from fever and vomiting to a medical tent where she was tested
for Malaria. UNICEF C4D projects support accommodation centres for people
displaced by Cyclone Idai.
Beira was left without electricity to power the pumps that supply water to
the city after Cyclone Idai struck. Government teams on the ground were quick
to identify solutions, and with the logistic, financial and technical support
of UNICEF and UK aid, were able to re-establish water supply by the 22nd of
March. Water is running in 60 per cent of the pipes, and a special water
trucking operation is being run by the government until the damaged
infrastructure can be repaired. We need to focus! We need our attention!
We need to take care of it!
