這幾天一直重複聽了Rated R專輯然後才慢慢注意到後面這幾首歌!! 仔細去看了歌詞然後找了意思就覺得應該要PO上來讓大家知道!!! 今天先講介紹這首我是貼網路上好心人的解釋大家可以一起討論!!!! Cold Case Love (框框內是解釋) On my roof Dark and I'm burnin' a rose I don't need proof I'm torn apart and you know [she is showing how messed up she is after everything that happened. when her entire style changed to this dark image, you can tell that she was really upset and depressed about everything. (i don't need proof. i'm torn apart and you know)] 第一段在講說自從那件事情發生之後她的生活變得亂糟糟 (就是被打) 從光鮮亮麗轉變成黑暗一片... I don't need proof意思是說:我現在都已經那麼糟了還看不出來嗎? I'm torn apart and you know就是在承接上一句話 (torn apart有暗指被CB湊之後整個感情生活破裂的意思) 光是第一段就很有情境吧!!!!!! What you did to me was a crime Cold case love And I let you reach me one more time But that's enough Oh, oh [this part speaks for itself. domestic abuse is a crime.] 這裡就在說明了家暴事件了另外有個部落客對這段的解釋 Rihanna clearly states that the abuse that she endured was, indeed, a crime. Cold case refers to a crime that isn’t solved. I think she is speaking to all of those victims in the same situation, yet it will remain a “cold case love” because they will never stick up for themselves and finally say “that ’s enough,” as she did. While singing, her voice cracks, the emotion and compassion is felt, making the song truly seem heartfelt. Cold Case有那種很久沒有辦法解決的案件的意思已經算是塵封在檔案夾裡面了我想她應該是在敘述這樣子的一個情況很多人都是這種事件的受害者但是卻從未未挺身而出讓這些事情好像變成了一種Cold Case... 至於對男方的愛也就變成了一種Cold Case Love (應該幾乎都是男生打女生吧?) 然後那句I let you reach me one more time, but that's enough這句感覺有那種:不要再對我這樣子了真的夠了...的感覺 Your love was breakin' the law But I needed a witness Oh oh So wake me up when it's over It don't make any difference Oh oh Will it ever be solved? Or am I taking the fall? Truth was there all along Tell me how did we miss it [he was deceiving her with his love, but no one could really see what was going on. let her know when this will be over. but it really doesn't matter, she is still left with all the pain.] 這段那位部落客給了好長的解釋 “Your love was breaking the law but I needed a witness.” This represents aspects of the battered persons syndrome, which can be defined as a pattern of signs and symptoms, such as fear and a perceived inability to escape, appearing in persons who are physically and mentally abused over an extended period of time by a significant other or other dominant individual. When she mentions needing a witness, this displays one of the stages of the syndrome, denial. According to Lenore E. Walker in “Treatment Alternatives for Battered Women,” “the three phases are: the tension building phase [where the denial is initially introduced], the explosion or acute battering incident, and the calm, loving respite.” Basically she needed someone else to tell her that was he was doing was wrong, because she wouldn’t acknowledge it herself. ---------------------------------------------------------------- 關於一些受過這種傷害的人都會有一些特徵就是會感到害怕或是沒有辦法查覺自己已經脫不開身了... 當她在歌詞提到 I needed a witness時有點像是一本書[受暴女性的治療方法]中描述受暴女性通常會經歷的三個階段其中的一個階段第一:雙方關係開始緊張第二:爆發了!!! 第三:冷靜下來喜歡擁有短暫的喘息空間 (有點像是在逃避面對現實) (接下來開始應該就是要進行治療了吧我想?) 基本上她在這句話I need..中想要表現出需要友人告訴她他做的事情是錯的因為她自己已經到了不能分辨不能告訴自己的地步了 ---------------------------------------------------------------- Rihanna continues, “So wake me up when it’s over, it don’t make any difference.” This introduces another stage of the syndrome, enlightenment. She’s acknowledged that there is a problem with her relationship; however, she stays with the abuser in an attempt to keep the relationship in tact with hopes of future change. 這句話有點像是她自己已經知道她的感情已經出現問題了 (開始有暴力產生後) 她還是選擇跟這個人在一起想說以後一定會變好會有轉變所以她才會說:當一切都結束的時候把我叫醒吧但是已經沒有差別了 (因為已經滿身傷痕義無反顧了..) The hook goes on, “Will it ever be solved?” Serving as a disguised call for help. “Or am I taking the fall?” Here, “the fall” representing the potential effect of the abuse, which people sometimes don’t realize can be so severe. “The truth was there all along, tell me how did we miss it?” This once again, brings up the subject of denial. The truth was there all along, that the relationship was abusive, but they kept pursuing it. 這一切會被解決嗎? (有點像是已經知道不可能解決了還是要問的感覺) 或是我會繼續接受這一切 (繼續跟對方在一起繼續承受這一切) 事實就擺在眼前了 (這段關係已經變質了) 要我們怎麼忽略它要怎麼不管放著它不管 (表示還是在一起看似和平的追求幸福) We opened up a cold case love. And it got the best of us. And now prints, pictures, and white outlines are all that’s left at the scene of the crime of a cold case love. In this line, a comparison is made to a crime scene. This is to show her audience that this could be the possible outcome if you allow the domestic abuse to continue. “Prints, pictures, and white outlines” also known as death. 這裡有點把這件事情這個情況比擬成一個犯罪現場這告訴我們如果你持續容忍這種情況發生你就會看到這樣子的一個結果甚麼結果呢? ==>Prints, pictures, and white outlines 也就是死亡上面那幾個字應該是有遺照的意思? Should have investigated But love-blinded eyes couldn't see, no And then I tried to cage it But your love ain't the kind That you can keep 前面2句在講說當初其實自己就可以察覺到的了只是愛得太盲目讓自己太陷入無法抽出所以才裝作看不見這一切的發生.. 後面2句呢有點在講說我想控制這一切但是對方的愛已經超越我所能夠控制的地步了 (應該是說變成變質的愛了) 另外一個講法是他們兩個都是superstar 所以兩人建立起來的感情很難鞏固因為兩個的感情都是媒體們的焦點阿之類的所以才說這樣的愛不是自己能夠擁有的 Release me now 'cause I did my time Of this cold case love My hearts no longer cold and confined I've had enough Oh, oh, oh 有點在把自己比擬成犯人我已經在牢中完成刑期了放我走吧 (牢 ==>家暴事件) 我的心已經不再冰冷不再被限制住了我已經受夠了 (有點想要重獲自由去迎接希望的曙光那種感覺) We lost our way Took this too far Now I'll never find the pieces of my heart We've lost enough Looking for a truth That was here all along 意旨在相愛的路上在發生這件事情之後兩個人都迷失了然後女生再也找不到自己了... 意旨心中一直都會有傷痕都會有傷疤我們都迷失太多了到無可救藥的地步了我們一直在找尋的truth原來其實一直都在這邊只是我們一開始都沒看見 (應該也是在講其實一開始就可以脫離這樣子的關係只是自己對愛盲目而才會變成現在這樣) 看到這裡的人真是辛苦了@@" 這首歌根本就是羅賓的歌!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 好心酸的一首歌充滿著害怕痴情受傷..尋找著希望又繼續陷入..最後終於走出來心中的傷痕卻是怎麼樣也不會好的了... 看完這些解釋大家再聽聽這首歌吧 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FmXZYUXvrgw
