January's City Magazine out now
The January issue of the City Magazine is out now and the big interview for
the first edition of 2009 is an exclusive chat with Noel Gallagher.
After years of trying to track down the Oasis star, editor David Clayton
finally got his man, and Gallagher revealed: “I’m not sure why dad decided
to support City. I think, romantically enough, it was because City were our
local team.
“We were born in Longsight and as we all know, the other lot don’t come
from Manchester.”
Along with the eight-page Noel feature, there are big interviews with Micah
Richards, Benjani and this month’s Emerging Talent sees the magazine catch
up with Academy striker Robbie Mak.
The Classic Match this month comes from a game at Maine Road in January
1975...do you know what it is yet?
As well as all the usual features and quirky pieces the Club’s final
Creating Chances appearances by Micah Richards and Shaun Wright-Phillips are
covered.
