[新聞] Noel amazed at Liam's Hawn mistake
OASIS rocker NOEL GALLAGHER is rarely surprised by his brother LIAM's
gaffes, but was taken aback by his reaction on meeting actress GOLDIE
HAWN.
In 2001, the WONDERWALL band was touring the US with THE BLACK CROWES,
whose frontman CHRIS ROBINSON is married to Hawn's daughter KATE HUDSON.
Noel recalls, "My ghast has been flabbered on more than one occasion and
it usually involves Liam.
"We were on tour with The Black Crowes and Kate's mum, GOLDIE HAWN, came
into our dressing room.
"Liam said, 'Was she in that film about the army?' I said yeah and Liam
went up and said, 'I really loved you in SAVING PRIVATE RYAN.' I said,
'It's PRIVATE BENJAMIN, you lunatic.'"
