我今天也收到他們的回覆了。
大意是說你有收到認證信，然後有按照他的步驟確認的話，就成功了。
(當天記得帶那張紙跟你的護照去領票~)

tickets are purchased successfully.
Please bring your reservation number on the day of the live to be

然後我也去看了他們的會員條款(平常都是直接略過~ XD)

第二點提到完成購買合約會有通知
最簡單的方式就是登錄"my page"，會出現你的購買資料。
另外我記得推文中，有版友訂錯日期想要更改。 不知道是否有成功....
下面這段話，看起來是不讓你隨便退票的。
If find any of the items delivered defective, contact us within 7 days using
the inquiry form.
Unless the item is defective, we basically do not allow return, refund or
exchange.
