我想本次事件應該算是落幕了吧 Judge Orders Co-guardianship for Jackson's Kids Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff said during a hearing that an investigator who looked into the children's care found that the late pop star's 82-year-old mother was an excellent guardian and the children love her very much. "I think the kids are in terrific hands," the judge said. "It appears from the report that Katherine Jackson has done a wonderful job and cares about the children very much." Ross and Jackson were longtime friends before his death in 2009. She has been given notice of court proceedings, but the new agreement apparently will relieve her of any possible guardianship duties, specifying that Katherine and TJ Jackson could replace each other if one or the other became unavailable to serve. 基本上呢根據法官表示 PPB都很愛和關心KJ 法官目前同意KJ和TJ共有監護權 Diana Ross據新聞報導也在週三造訪了PPB家並且同意這樣的結果根據KJ的法律文件說她的電話ipad都被拿走電視也被切斷了所以不知PPB狂找她並且說 "While I was away, I had no reason to question whether the people with whom I placed trust would inform me that Prince, Paris, and Blanket were trying to reach me. The day before I was brought home from Tucson, I was finally permitted to use the phone to speak with Prince, Paris, Blanket and TJ." 她相信她在一起的人給她的資訊直到她回家才能用電話跟PPB和TJ講話 KJ同樣也支持TJ成為監護人說TJ和PPB關係很好 In their court filings, however, her lawyers noted speculation of a plot to “ gain control over Mrs. Jackson as a means to get at funds” belonging to the music idol’s children.“As co-guardian, TJ will be able to ensure that no outside forces try to divert the family allowance or any other resources … to anyone or for any reason other than the benefit of the minor children,” attorneys Sanders and Sandra Ribera wrote.
