The declaration reiterated a bold claim that executor John Branca<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Branca#Michael_Jackson>had stolen from Michael in the past and now in the aftermath of his death; a claim Jackson himself has declared publicly in the past on numerous occasions— mostly because, they are true.
