Katherine To Release Home Movies http://tinyurl.com/28f3n2n (1-7-2010) TMZ is reporting this morning that Katherine Jackson has made a deal with her new business partner, Howard Mann, to use her home movie footage in a series of movies about Michael Jackson's life. 據了解J媽和他新的生意合夥人Howard Mann簽了合約將會利用J家家庭錄影帶製作關於MJ生活的電影 Katherine reportedly has hundred's of hours of home video footage, including some of the family moving from Indiana to LA when The Jackson Five first signed a record deal. J媽手中有好幾百個小時的家庭錄影帶包括早年他們從印第安納搬到LA 還有J5剛拿到唱片合約時期 Mann, her partner in the new coffee-table book, 'Never Can Say Goodbye,' is also reported to have bought the rights to more video of Michael Jackson owned by Jackson's former friend and business partner Marc Shaffel. Mann也就是發行J媽新書的人據說也向MJ的前合作人買了相當多MJ相關的影片 The problem with all of this is that the Michael Jackson estate owns the exclusive rights to market Jackson's name and image. But Mann feels comfortable with his legal position, because the beneficiaries of the estate - Katherine and Michael's children - are profiting participants in the movie project.
