死亡證明說的是"homicide"(他殺)，不是"murder"(謀殺)。這兩者是不一樣的。
Homicide只是說明死因，表示不是自然死亡、不是意外死亡、不是自殺，是因為
「他人」的行為而死。Murder必須透過司法程序裁定，很重要的部分在於必須證
明殺人者的「意圖」，否則無法判為謀殺。Homicide有可能是murder，但homicide
不等於murder。此外，死亡證明書上不會有「謀殺 (murder)」這個死因。如果
MJ的死亡證明上面出現「murder」這個死因，那這個文件一定是假的。
原po提供的全版死亡證明書圖片我開出來太小沒辦法看，世界新聞報網址也無效，
所以我無法確認他們是不是真的把兩件事硬扯在一起。但是記者如果真的這樣寫也
太白癡了吧？
這篇文章再次證明，太多新聞都是唬爛人的。

我覺得不能怪翻譯啦。看英文，的確說"...he WAS murdered"，翻譯的人只是照原
文翻吧？可是這篇新聞/小報垃圾也太白癡了... 沒有意外的話，警方都已經要用
manslaughter(過失/一般殺人)起訴，不是murder 1也不是murder 2，這種講得像真的
一樣的謀殺文還可以拿出來騙人，實在... Orz
