謝謝MJJ,因為看到這篇po文,
我才知道 Ticketmaster已經準備要發出貨單給FedEx
不過我跟推文的幾個網友一樣沒有收到準備出貨通知的e-mail
後來我用簡短的破英文發一封 e-mail詢問 Ticketmaster
關於為何沒有收到Michael Jackson Opus 寄送通知的mail,
這邊提供給還沒收到寄送通知的MJ迷對ticketmaster的服務窗口:
e-mail 如下:
ticketmasterus@mailca.custhelp.com
另一個e-mail
customer_support@ticketmaster.com
以上兩個建議都發,發送完問題後,會有一封自動回覆的 mail 如下
Thank you for your e-mail. Your message has been forwarded to
one of our Customer Service Representatives who will be happy to assist you.
You should receive a reply within 24 hours; however,
due to fluctuations in email volume, there may be a slight delay.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
大概是說,這個系統會自動將你的問題轉寄給ticketamster的客服
我昨晚詢問,剛剛就收到回函了:
Thank you for contacting us regarding order number xx-xxxxx/xxx.
Your Michael Jackson Opus will be delivered by FedEx.
Prior to shipping the book, you will receive an email with your tracking number
and information about who to contact should there be a problem with the
shipment.
跟MJJ的mail內容差不多....希望自己和大家都能順利的收到書~
