When asked about the moving song, "Jesus Is Love," which he sang at Jackson's public memorial, Richie said: 問到為甚麼在老大告別式唱Jesus is Love I see the picture of me out there singing [and] I remember mother Katherine’s face only.” 我當時記得的只有Katherine的臉 Asked if he was affected at all about the way in which Jackson died, Richie responded: 問到是否受到老大死去的影響 You know, the interesting part about death is the time we should have been really paying attention was while he was living,” Lionel said. " It doesn’t really matter whether it was one pill, three pills, five pills, eight pills. It doesn’t matter. The good news out of all of this, is that my daughter Sophie and little Paris are now best friends. Michael and I have been trying to get them together forever.
