[問題] 關於ticketmaster的紀念票選項

關於官網上的退票頁面 http://0rz.tw/kq2v2 它底下有三個選項可以選, 想請問如果option1選擇了n/a option2我選擇了souvenir tickets與張數意思是它會扣掉包裹及處理費 , 退剩下餘額, 然後把門票寄給我當紀念這樣嗎? 還是說他會連票面的價值(???)一起扣掉呢, (MJ的票當然是無價的!!!) 我真的很想要紀念票, 可是又搞不清楚他到底票面價值會扣多少, 希望英文好的MJ迷們能幫我解答, 我已經買MJ產品買到快破產了, 但還是希望盡可能的保留這些票, 拜託大家了 , 謝謝 > < 下面是退票頁面的選項 (Option 1 - Full Refund Only) Please select from the box below if you would like to receive a full refund on all tickets (inclusive of per ticket service charges and per booking order processing fees). If you do not want this option please select n/a. 這個選項有 souvenir tickets與n/a Now please select from the drop down menu below to confirm how many ticket(s) from your booking you wish to receive as a souvenir. 這個選項可以選擇張數或n/a 另外還說, For all package bookings, if you have selected the second option to receive your ticket(s) we will only charge you for the face value of the ticket(s), the order processing fee and the service charge.
