new order to work w/ duran duran!!
其實是有一段時間的舊文。
不過第一次在 neworderonline 看到時，下巴都要掉下來了。
Duran Duran 是我曾經很喜歡的團，其實現在還是蠻喜歡的啦，
只是最近這兩張專輯比較不合我的胃口吧。:p
（快出 DVD 啊～）
想當初 93 年的 Wedding Album 多好聽啊，
也因為翻唱 Velvet Underground 的 Femme Fatale 讓我開始接觸老搖滾，
95 年的翻唱專輯 Thank You 更有許多歌唱得不輸原曲呢！
（有 iggy pop/doors/led zeppelin/lou reed.. 等等
雖然要超越原作是不太可能的事，不過 simon 的聲音真的很棒.. :) ）
當初很迷他們，但他們八零年的扮像我實在不予置評。
（跟其他團比起來好像好多了，畢竟他們那時是走偶像路線的。）
沒想到竟然有一天會看到他們要跟 new order 合作的消息啊啊啊。
我是在 93 年才知道 DD 的，也不清楚在 80 他們到底是多麼的紅，
後來得知他們有來台灣開演唱會過（當時真希望自己早一點聽到他們），
不知道票房如何。
除了 new order 外，還有挪威雙人組 royksopp <- 沒聽過
和 moby 會參與此張專輯製作。
希望這次的復出最少能和十年前的一樣成功。（期望中）
（好可怕，已經十年了。republic 也出十年了... 噢噢噢.. ）
New Order to work with Duran Duran?

(The Sun) DURAN DURAN are lining up some of the best remixers to help
with their comeback. The Eighties giants are set to team up with
Norwegian duo ROYKSOPP, Manchester legends NEW ORDER and techno star
MOBY in the coming months. Singer SIMON LE BON said: "2003 is a big
year for us."
