Apparently Tony deliberately dodged signing a non-disclosure agreement (required of all Brit's employees) for weeks after he was hired but did finally sign it, according to our source. Our source questions why, if Tony were truly concerned with the well-being of Britney's children and honestly thought Brit were a danger to her kids, he would have waiting 5 months to tell anyone about what he says he witnessed?
