Following the release of their scurrilous autobiography Rise of the Ogre,
Gorillaz have teamed up with Penguin books for yet another unprecedented
digital feat: the world's first audiobook single.
The talking book singles combine extracts from Rise of the Ogre read by legen-
dary thespian Joss Ackland with music, effects and interjections from Gorillaz
themselves. The singles will initially be available exclusively through
iTunes; one single will be released a week until Christmas with all four
available as a bumper bundle in the New Year.
The first Gorillaz audiobook single will be released on December 4th priced
at 99p.

It's very nearly the season to be jolly, and to count you down to the festive
