活動內容：
本活動分成下列幾項進行提名與票選：
年度最佳人氣男藝人
年度最佳人氣女藝人
年度最佳人氣團體組合
年度最佳人氣樂團
年度最佳人氣東洋藝人
年度最佳人氣東洋團體
年度最佳人氣西洋藝人／團體
年度最佳人氣電視節目
年度最佳人氣電視戲劇
年度最佳人氣廣播ＤＪ
年度最佳人氣廣播電台
年度最佳人氣唱片專輯
年度最佳人氣動畫
年度最佳人氣電影
年度最佳人氣ＭＶ
年度最佳人氣網路電台ＤＪ/網路偶像
年度最佳人氣劇場
年度最佳人氣廣告
提名方式：
一. 被提名者必須活躍於２００６年，每位使用者限在十八個獎項中提名五次，
每個獎項限提名一次。請自行決定想提名的獎項，
提名標題請如下列方式，否則一律不列入
□ [提名] 年度最佳人氣ＸＸ獎
推薦理由的部份請勿使用一行文，注音文或諷刺語句，否則一律不列入
另外每組藝人限定只能被提名推薦一次，獎賞只取第一位提名者。
重複提名者將依情節處以劣文退回其提名單或是刪除
二. 活動期間請勿在本板作出非提名的舉動（筆戰文、政治文、廣告文等等），
違反者將給予水桶一週以示懲戒。
三. 當藝人有所屬團體時，取其團體代表
如王仁甫要以五五六六名義參加；木村拓哉列入SMAP計算
樂團的主唱即使有個人單飛行為，一樣是只取樂團的部份
如伍佰和中國藍取代伍佰
關於所有以人為獎項部分，有跨組狀況限提一組，以第一人提名為主。
四. ＭＶ每張專輯限制只能提名兩支ＭＶ，超過一律不算。
五. 提名詳細內容：
年度最佳人氣男藝人：台港中東南亞影歌主持男藝人。
年度最佳人氣女藝人：台港中東南亞影歌主持女藝人。
年度最佳人氣團體組合：台港中東南亞影歌主持團體組合。
年度最佳人氣樂團：台港中東南亞各類樂團等。
年度最佳人氣東洋藝人：日韓影歌主持男女藝人。
年度最佳人氣東洋團體：日韓影歌主持之團體或樂團。
年度最佳人氣西洋藝人／團體：英美歐等影歌主持藝人或團體。
年度最佳人氣電視節目：各類綜藝、影歌節目。
年度最佳人氣電視戲劇：各類連續劇、單元劇、影集等。
年度最佳人氣廣播ＤＪ：各電台廣播DJ、廣播節目主持人(含企置兼主持)。
年度最佳人氣廣播電台：各類商業廣播電台。
年度最佳人氣唱片專輯：各歌手、團體、樂團所發行之唱片專輯。
年度最佳人氣動畫：各類上映之長短篇動畫。
年度最佳人氣電影：各類電影院上映之電影。
年度最佳人氣ＭＶ：各張唱片專輯所創作拍攝之歌手MV。
年度最佳人氣網路電台ＤＪ/網路偶像：各網路電台DJ，網路偶像(需有實體形象或
動畫並與音樂戲劇相關，ANSI圖不算)。
年度最佳人氣劇場：各種於劇場所表演之節目(相聲、舞台劇、京劇等)。
年度最佳人氣廣告：各種於電視、廣播所播放之合法廣告。
六. 提名時間在2007.02.28結束，整理完提名資料後(預定2007.03.01中午)開始投票，
預定在2007.03.21結束投票，頒獎典禮時間將由組方另行公告。
七. 其他不足部分，組長將另行補充或是裁定。
