Andrea's world premiere

The Boys from County Clare, starring Andrea Corr, is going
to be a part of the 28th Toronto Film Festival. The new film
is to be one of the 64 world premiere films to be shown over
the 10 day festival period. The film was presented at Ca
nnes back in May this year, but not in its full length.
The festival begins on September 4th and runs for 10 days,
the world premiere of The Boys from County Clare is,
at present, listed as a Gala Presentation meaning that it
is most likely that the director and many of the actors will
be present at the premiere.
The Boys from County Clare is a heartwarming tale of family
ties and family feuds. The film follows two estranged brothers
as they duke it out for the prize at the All Ireland
Traditional Music Competition in County Clare, Ireland.
The film is a Studio Hamburg/First Look Media production,
and is a presentation of Odeon Films, an Alliance Atlantis Company.
