To the surprise of no one and the delight of everyone,
Alabama Shakes -- whose second album Sound & Color is up for the coveted
album of the year award -- will perform at the 2016 Grammys.
Furthermore, Grammy nominee Miguel (up for two awards this year) has been
added to the performance lineup, as well as child piano prodigy (and two-time
nominee) Joey Alexander in his Grammy stage debut.
The Recording Academy also revealed that previously announced performer
Taylor Swift will open the broadcast with a song from her album of the
year-nominated 1989.
Here's the staggering list of previously announced performers in alphabetical
