Actually in the past I was more of a purist in a sense that I stuck to mostly folk stuff like Joni Mtichell and Rickie Lee Jones....then as time went by I found myself just diversifying my music appreciation. Nowadays, I rummage through the music store like a maniac for cds ranging from the lastest pop releases(gotta keep up with what's hip) to lesser known artistes(but with great sense of self and style!).
