TAKE That star Mark Owen is having intensive hypnotherapy to help him
stop smoking.
Mark, 36, has smoked since he was a teenager. But he wants to stop for
the sake of son Elwood, two, and the child his fiancee Emma Ferguson
is expecting next month.
He said of the hypnotherapy: “The first two days were hard.
“I was on 15 a day, more when I was working.”
The recently announced 2009 Take That tour became the fastest-selling
in UK history on Friday.
Mark接受密集的催眠療法來幫助戒煙。Mark從青少年時就開始吸煙，現在為了
胖兒子Elwood及下個月和未婚妻非常期待即將初生的老二戒煙。
關於催眠療法，Mark說：「頭兩天真的很難受，我原本一天抽15支，工作時抽
更多」
