POP idols TAKE THAT have amazed hotel guests with their super-healthy
diet.
The comeback kings were seen eating porridge with soya milk for lunch
and salad leaves without dressing for supper.
They kept it up for a three-day stay at a country hotel — and drank
only boiled water with a twist of lemon and honey.
JASON ORANGE, 36, GARY BARLOW, 36, MARK OWEN, 35, and HOWARD DONALD,
38, were at Babington House, Frome, Somerset, last week.
Sun doctor Carol Cooper said the diet was nutritional — but lacked
protein.
當紅偶像TT令人驚訝的是食用超級健康飲食。王者之姿復出的TT午餐是吃豆漿
麥片粥，晚餐是吃沒有任何調料的蔬菜沙拉。
TT在鄉村飯店時有三天飲食維持如此，並且喝的是煮沸後開水，加點現擠檸檬汁
和蜂蜜。
