雖然有很多時間都在網路上度過，但很多青少年並不知道該如何從中保護自己。
有聽力障礙的18歲的Shelda就是其中之一。
Shelda曾遭受網路霸凌，但她透過分享自己的經歷克服了這一困難。
在UNICEF的支持下，Shelda在學校和社區舉辦了工作坊，幫助身心障礙兒童認識網路風險
，了解自身權利，並能夠在出現問題時大聲疾呼。
While young people now spend a lot of their time online each day, many may
not yet be fully aware of how to keep themselves safe.
Shelda, 18, who is hearing impaired, was one of them. After facing online
harassment, she turned her experience into action in Indonesia.
With support from UNICEF and partners, she now leads workshops in her school
and community—helping children, especially those with disabilities,
recognize online threats, understand their rights, and speak up when
something feels wrong.
