A health worker from UNICEF helps with giving the plumpy'nut. Malnutrition rates are at critical levels in South Sudan. More than 1 million children are malnourished, including 300,000 severely so and at risk of death. The proportion of people who do not know where their next meal is coming from went up from 35 per cent in 2014 to nearly 60 per cent at present. We need to focus! We need our attention!
