Kung Fu Hustle
From Asia's top Comedy star Stephen Chow comes Kung Fu Hustle,
the much anticipated follow-up to his smasn 2001 hit Shaolin Soccer,
which broke box office records cacross the region, becoming the highest
grossing action comedy in Hong Kong history. The film marks Chow's
first collaboration with a Hollywood studio.
Kung Fu Hustle also marks the realization of Stephen Chow's longtime
dream to make a film that celebrates the many forms of martial arts--
a lifetime passion for Chow. The film also displays Chow's calls "
the chance to pay homage to the type of kung fu moviesi grew up on."
In additionto starring in and direction the film, Chow is also one
of the producers and writers of Kung Fu Hustle.

座的動作喜劇後，選洲喜劇天王周星馳推出眾人殷殷期盼的新作「功夫」。
本片也是同星馳首度與好萊塢製片廠合作的影片。
從小就是功夫迷的周星馳在「功夫」這部影片中，實現了長久以來想要製作一部影片
以呈現各種武術形式的夢想。本片亦展現了周星馳在「少林足球」中明顯的無厘頭式
搞笑，本片同時也像他本人所說得：「給了他一個機會，向從小看到大的功夫片致敬」
。除了自導自演之外，周星馳也身兼「功夫」的製作人和編劇。
Synopsis
Set amid the choas of pre-revolutionary Chaina, a small-time thief, Sing,
aspires to be one of the sophisticated and ruthless Axe Gang, whose under-
world activites overshadow the city. Stumbling across a crowded apartment
complexaptly known as 'Pig Sty Alley,' Sing attempts to extort money from
the fray, setting off a chain of events that brings the two disparate worlds
face-to-face. As the inhabitants of the Pig Sty fight for their lives, the
ensuing clash of lung fu titans unearths some legendary martial arts masters.
Sing, despite his futile attempts, lacks the soul of a killer, and must face
his own mortility in order to discover the true nature of a kung fu master.
劇情概要
故事發生在中國革命前的動湯時代，小混混阿星一心想加入龍蛇混雜，手段殘酷的斧頭
幫，他們的不法勾當遍佈整個城市。在偶然闖入了「豬籠城寨」--一處恰如其句又擁擠
的貧民窟後，阿星試圖勒索當地平民，示料這些鄰居個個深藏不露。阿星可笑的恐嚇行
為陰錯陽差地將斧頭幫捲入爭端，引發一連串的事件，使得兩個不同的世界碰在一起。
就在豬籠城擰的居民為生存而戰的時候，武林高手間的不斷衝突引出了一群絕世武奇人。
儘管阿星微不足道還缺乏殺氣，為了領悟一代宗師的本質，還是必須面對自己的死亡。
