500 fans gathered at the airport to see their favorite group of stars!
Now, who were they?
It was the Asian girl group that’s rewriting history – Girls’ Generation!
Girls’Generation visited Taipei in Taiwan for
a concert as a part of their Asia tour.
We were sure that the concert would be
fantastic from the fans'screams and cheers!
Girls' Generation held a press conference before the concert!
SNSD：Hello. We're Girls' Generation.
太妍：We're happy to be in Taiwan for the first time
because of this concert.
It was an overwhelming day today.
秀英：We will hold two concerts instead of one.
We were extremely happy at the thought of
meeting more of our fans.
太妍：We'll work hard to show you bring you
amazing performances at the last concert here in Taiwan today.
SNSD：This is Girls' Generation!
This was the performance hall that the concert was to be held!
Tiffany：There are so many children and their parents here today.
We'll bring you exciting performances!
秀英：This is Taipei. Taiwan!
Yuri：We're in Taiwan.
Yuri：We were supposed to hold just one concert,
but we'll be holding two.
Great job.
忙內：Excellent work!
Yuri：We don't have to wait much longer.
We're all curious about what our Taiwanese fans
would be like, right?
忙內：Yes!
Yuri：I can almost see them.
忙內：I saw our fans before going on to the state.
I think a lot of people come.
Tiffany：I think they can see us! Let's do this!
Jessica：It's nice to be here in Taiwan! Let's go!
Yoona：Fighting!
太妍：Let's get ready behind the stage. Wish us luck!
Sunny：The show is about to start.
I'm nervous but excited at the same time.
SNSD：One, two, three! This is Girls' Generation!
Girls' Generation walked on to the stage after doing their cheer!
When the concert kicked off, the fans' screams were deafening!
They first performed, 'Genie (Tell Me Your Wish)'!
Wow! The response from their Taiwanese fans was unbelievable!
The two concerts of Girls' Generation that were held in Taipei Arena
were both sold out - a first for a foreign female artist or group.
They proved their power as the No. 1 girl group in Asia!
A special performance of 'Kissing You'!
Tae-yeon showed a powerful solo performance!
Tiffany performed Rihanna's 'Umbrella' perfectly, and made it her own!
Yoon-a became a beautiful young bride!
Yoona：We appeared with masks on at the concerts held in Korea
as a surprise event, and many people screamed and were happy to see us.
So, we were in a dilemma about wearing a mask here in Taiwan, too.
We did the same thing we did in Korea,
and we received a great response.
Dong-hae made Jessica's performance shine all the more!
Seo-hyun, full of innocence, sang the soundtrack of 'Sound of Music.'
Girls' Generation sang 'Singing in the Rain'
with an umbrella in hand while wearing a matching outfit!
Next, Sunny sang a song with the same title as her name, 'Sunny'!
Yoon-a, Yu-ri, Hyo-yeon and Soo-young show off their powerful dance moves!
Yu-ri showed off her charming appeals with a boyish yet sexy dance.
They performed their debut song,
'Into the New World' and the smash hit single, 'Gee'!
Sunny：It felt so great when the audience
sang and danced along to our song.
I'm really looking forward to it at today's concert, too.
The male fans cheered on the 9 members of Girls' Generation!
The concert was slowly coming to an end,
but it felt like it was just the beginning!
The closing performance was a song that shows off their cute qualities, 'Oh!'
Girls' Generation was full of energy even after all
the powerful performances thanks to their fans' cheers!
太妍：The audience did a special event.
秀英：I think the pink wave is always pretty no matter where we are.
太妍：I cried, and fan in the standing room cried with me.
I felt the tremendous amount of love that our fans have for us.
Both concerts in Taiwan came to an end, leaving many fans disappointed.
Girls' Generation showed off all their attractive qualities
looking cute at times and sexy at others!
We hope that they continue to interact with and become closer to their fans
through various activities at home and abroad
to become the No. 1 girl group in Asia!
