Jim: (Softly) Easy Mae: (Trying to calm down) You're not even healed up yet. Jim: Got to take 'em when they come. It's not like the old days. People don't have the money to buy tickets anymore. He hesitates then takes her hand. Instead of lacing her fingers through his, she holds his hand tenderly in her lap. Mae: It's broken, isn't it? Jim: Chipped a bone. Doesn't hurt. She lifts his knarled and stained hand gently and kisses it. Mae: (whispering) Liar! Murph review of the early script -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 210.85.194.45
