26 September - This weeks UK music magazine have a issue dedicated to Oasis
and have a huge interview and features on the band. Some of the highlights are:
- next weeks NME will come with a free CD containing 'Force Of Nature' the
'demo version' which has previously only heard in the British film
Love Honour and Obey.
- Songs confirmed for the next album 確定曲目：
@ 'The Hindu Times'
a real newspaper, Noel saw the name on a t-shirt "and it stuck"
@ 'Hung In A Bad Place'
Written by Gem "bit of a Tarzan number; it's monkey-swing as Liam calls it
@ 'Force Of Nature'
"Lieutenant Pigeon's 'Mouldy Old Dough' but it sounds like the Pistols;
it's fucking mental"
@ 'Just Getting Older'
"Beautiful, bit Pink Floydy" "The lyrics are quite funny"
3 Liam-written songs 有收錄 3 首 Liam 寫的歌咧;)
@ 'Song Bird' - it's up and it's roaring
@ 'Better Man' - that's pretty odd
@ 'Born On A Different Cloud' - which is fooking rocking
@ 'Thank You or the Good Times'

oasis songs mentioned by the band in interviews:

last year, Mentioned in interview as 'let that be loved'
but this was most likely a misquote or bad translation.
Rumoured to be one of the SOTSOG demos previously known
as 'It's A Crime'
Solve My Mystery - a song made public in the SOTSOG demo sessions, but may
actually be named 'Revolution Song' which is a song Noel
has mentioned several times since 1994
Shout It Out Loud - A Noel written song which he said of: "our basic Neil Young
meets Pink Floyd meets Oasis, a bit of an anthem,
a bit of a flag-waver"
She Is Love - another Noel song which sounds very light and poppy according to
Noel who said: "probably a bit like The Monkees or The Byrds"
Revival - track written by noel, 17 words, chorus of 'come on', rocky
sounding. "...a bit like Louie Louie, but a bit more Sex Pistols"
Slow - A song that ex-Oasis producer Owen Morris described as 'beautiful'
in September 97's issue of Q magazine, unreleased and only known
public performanceis in a guitar shop during in a bomb scare along
with 5 other tracks, though Noel has mentioned it's unlikely to be on
new lp as it's not really an Oasis style track
Songbird - written by Liam and described as 'weird' though Noel has mentioned
it may not be on the album
The Roller - written by Gem and is described as T-Rex doing Lennon's
'Instant Karma'
