出庭後被釋放，十月二十四日必須向法院報到。
音樂祭主辦單位維珍發言人表示：
"This person seems to have found a hole in somewhere near the stage
area and crawled on the stage,"
"Security guards are now looking at how that took place
and we're looking at that as well to make sure that it never happens
again."
