NICOLE AND MEL TAKE KIDS TO DISNEYLAND
ALL SAINTS SINGERS CELEBRATE WEDDING WITH HOLIDAY
WITH the ink on her marriage certificate barely dry, Nicole Appleton,
33, jetted off to Disneyland Resort Paris to spend some quality time
with her son Gene, seven.
Also in tow was former All Saints bandmate and pal Melanie Blatt, 32,
and her daughter Lilyella, nine – showing the newlywed still has time
for girlie bonding and won’t be chained to the kitchen sink despite
her new status.
Oasis star Liam Gallagher, 35, made an honest woman of Nicole in a
low-key Valentine’s Day ceremony.
The couple wed at London’s Westminster Registry Office in front of
a small group of friends and family, including Nicole’s sister and
fellow former All Saint Natalie, 34.
The rest of the band – Shaznay Lewis, 32, and Mel – were also there
for the nuptials. Liam’s brother and musical partner Noel, 40, was
working in LA and didn’t make it.
Just four days after the wedding, Liam joined Noel and his other
bandmates to finish work on their seventh album.
With her new husband absent, Nicole decided to take the fun trip with
Mel and their children.
Nicole has been credited with calming down Liam’s once chaotic life.
The former hell-raiser, once famed for high-profile spats and drunken
brawls – the biggest of which left him minus two front teeth and his
wallet ￡40,000 lighter – has kept himself out of the spotlight of
late.
These days he’s more likely to be seen strolling with Nicole and
their son rather than falling out of a nightclub.
It’s a shame Nicole couldn’t convince Liam to join her in Disneyland
Paris – we’d love to have seen him cuddling up to Minnie Mouse!
