SOAP SIREN PATSY CAN'T TAKE A MAN ANYWHERE By Fiona Cummins, Showbiz Reporter PATSY Kensit admits she has struggled to find lasting love - because there is almost no room for a leading man in her life. The actress and mumof- two says she faces a real dilemma since the breakdown of her three marriages. Patsy, 38, told Red magazine: "Even if I was in a long-term serious relationship, which I'm nowhere near, would I want to take them to a work event? No. So I don't want to go out in public with anyone, but I don't bring people to the house because of the boys. I don't know what to do." Patsy, who plays Emmerdale super-bitch Sadie King, also admitted she was a "poor judge of character" after male model Matt Holbrook, 23, lifted the lid on a couple of dates they shared. Fortunately, she has great relationships with Simple Minds singer Jim Kerr, father of her son James, 14, and six-year-old Lennon's dad Liam Gallagher - and the Oasis frontman's fiancee Nicole Appleton. "I really like her. Lennon adores her and Gene (his half-brother) is adorable," she said. "He comes over and stays at our house now. It's so healing, all of that." Patsy, who had a high-profile fling with ITV soccer pundit Ally McCoist, has also struck up a close friendship with Victoria Beckham. "She's a lovely lady, so down-to-earth," she said. And the actress, due to join BBC1's Holby City in the autumn as a nurse, is keeping her own feet on the ground. She said: "I have no ambitions outside UK TV."
