IF monkey boy Liam Gallagher ever finds himself at a loose end, he
could always chum up with arch rival Damon Albarn in his cartoon
band Gorillaz.
Despite their 10-year-old feud, Damon says (with tongue wedged firmly
in cheek): "I'd love him to be on the next Gorillaz record, but let's
wait and see how his band does in the next 12 months. I'm sure he'll
be all right on his own - he doesn't really need me.
"Gorillaz isn't really a band any more. We're making a feature film,
so the next bit of Gorillaz music will be a film score. That's the
whole point - get people together in surprising circumstances."
Blur working with Oasis? That would be a surprise.

Our Kid: I'd love Damon to be on the next Oasis record, but let's
