(From the Album Dr. Feelgood) 這張專輯是環球為Motley Crue發行的紀念經典精選，不過台灣版的和AMG上面的不太一樣。雖然都是相同封面，但是台灣發的有十五首歌，AMG上面的只有十二首歌而已。基本上選的曲子還OK，比較有特色的就是他們1981到2000年的歌都有收，同時是重新數位錄音的版本，所以音質聽起來很棒。台灣發行時還以中價價位銷售，以經濟上來說還蠻實惠的。 Motley Crue的團員有：Vince Neil (Vocals)、Mick Mars (Guitars)、Nikki Sixx (Bass)、Tommy Lee (Drums)。這個陣容想必是許多搖滾迷和金屬迷所熟知的陣容，這張專輯大部分都是這個陣容所錄製的歌曲。只有第7首主唱是John Corabi(參加過一次錄音後離團)，第12首的鼓手是Randy Castillo(已過世)。而Randy Castillo過世後，Motley Crue也暫時陷入休團狀態，一直到Samantha Maloney的代打才將巡迴完成。而Tommy Lee 在2004年底回團後，才又正式開始有活動。因為Vince Neil和Tommy Lee的不合，在Tommy 回團之後，兩人互動幾乎等於零。這張精選雖然不是團員們所挑選的，但唱片公司選的歌還算OK，加上又重新數位混音，還算是值得收藏的一張精選輯。歌曲是從他們每一張專輯中挑選最少一首出來，儘管不能選進所有好聽的歌曲，但也說明了他們作品之多難以選擇。2005年一度傳出要發新專輯，後來則是新歌加精選，時隔幾年，新專輯The Dirt預計在2008年夏天推出。這幾年他們不斷的表演和巡迴，默契仍在，Vince Neil的嗓音也漸漸回復了。Nikki Sixx受訪時說他非常喜歡新專輯中的元素，這個超過二十五年的老團，即將繼續啟動。很多人認識他們不是從音樂開始，而是從團員們的不合到他們的花邊新聞才認識的。實際上他們的音樂也是具有成就，擁有多張白金唱片。他們曾經是狂妄不羈的代表，不管如何，都很難掩蓋他們在音樂上的成就。個人是期待他們今年的新專輯。 -- I've got to keep breathing.
