女王身邊合作最長久的發言人Liz最近已經辭職了 依文章來看,好像是她覺得做Madonna的發言人越來越累 因為女王很多事不想跟媒體分享,讓她面對媒體時很困擾 所以她寧可辭了去接Cher跟一些新人的case Madonna finds herself today alone at the top of the heap of success! Her most trusted friend and advisor, the famous Liz Rosenberg of Warner Records, is hanging up her gloves and going to a neutral corner. Mis Liz, who is often called Liz No. 1 by her intimates, has been with Madonna for years. Recently she shepherded the big M's last two hit albums, her Grammy wins and the Drowned World Tour. "We had reached the top of the mountain. Our relationship had been so close and vital, I had never before imagined it ending. But then the real world came to an end. I related so much to what you wrote in your columns about the World Trade Center disaster. I decided I wasn't in a position to sustain the emotional commitment necessary to stand between Madonna and the media. I've given everything I can. I love her, cherish her and lovingly say goodbye. Our friendship will remain. "Now I get a chance to work with some of Warner's new emerging artists. There will be life after Madonna. And, I get to work with Cher on her new album, expected before the end of the year. And I get to breathe and think how I can do something wonderful for this world!" And I, Liz, will now get to see Liz No. 1 occasionally, which is special, because she is one of the most interesting women in show business. Source: Liz Smith Madonna has had spokeswoman Liz Rosenberg at her side for almost 20 years, through the stormy years with Sean Penn, the Warren Beatty fling, the Sex book, two weddings, one divorce, two kids, endless scandal. Now Rosenberg, 56, senior VP at Warner Bros. Records, has parted professional company with the star. Rosenberg says she told Madonna, 43, her decision last Friday: "She was very sweet about it, very grateful for our long history through unbelievably trying times. I will certainly always be there for her if she needs me. But I want to feel more productive." Madonna, she says, "doesn't want to open up her world, her heart, her feelings to the media as she was once more than happy to do. I just did not want to spend time fending off press people that Madonna didn't want to talk to anyway." So Rosenberg won't be fielding any more questions about breastfeeding or the state of Madonna's marriage to Guy Ritchie: "You couldn't believe the questions. I couldn't even make it up. . . . She always used to say, 'I wouldn't want your job.' " Rosenberg, who also has repped Stevie Nicks, Fleetwood Mac and Chris Isaak, will be free to spend time on Cher's new record and new Warner artist Kelly LeBesque. She told Liz Smith that Smith's columns about what's important in life after the terrorist attacks also helped her make her decision.
