proceeds to the victims of the US terrorist attacks.
Incubus and the Backstreet Boys have also pledged money
to the fire departments and US Red Cross.
Record companies and radio stations have followed suit
with EMI, BMG and Vivendi making donations.
Madonna held a three minute silence at her three Staples
Centre concerts before telling the audience she was
donating the night's proceeds to those affected in the US.
Madonna postponed her LA gig on Tuesday after the attacks
in Washington and New York.
