1.關於發瘋（一則令人心酸的消息）：
‧ According to the Los Angeles Times, back in 2001, while pop star Mariah
Carey was a patient in UCLA's psychiatric unit, a nurse looked in her
records, asked her for an autograph and showed it to teenage patients,
according to one of her former colleagues, who spoke on condition of
anonymity. The nurse was terminated, and another person familiar with the
matter.
2.關於AI（令更多人心酸的消息）：
‧ Recently-eliminated American Idol finalist Michael Johns would have sung
"Vision of Love" for the Mariah Carey week, he said in an interview with MTV:
"I was going to do a really cool version, a soul version, a soul/blues
version of "Vision of Love." And it was hot, too, so I'm a little bummed."
‧ Jordin Sparks briefly talked about Mariah on American Idol Extra: Gina:
"Your idol, Mariah Carey, was here. What did you think about her, tell me
about it." Jordin: "I, I, I thought I was going to die. I was sitting there,
like, with my hand over my face. I've never been more intense in my life."
