Chester C. Bennington bought a seven-bedroom, 5 ½-bath, 6,211-square-foot home with diving pool with waterfalls and spa originally built in 2004 in Gilbert. There is a ramada with wood-burning fireplace, 36-inch barbecue and in-ground trampoline. It features a hand-forged iron entry door, elegant curved stairway and balcony that overlooks the foyer and grand living room. The gourmet kitchen has custom cabinets, large island with walnut top, two dishwashers, Advantium oven and 48-inch range. The home includes a study and fitness room, and all bedrooms have walk-in closets. Chester Bennington, a Phoenix native, is a vocalist for the rock group Linkin Park. Their debut album, Hybrid Theory, sold more than 13 million copies. The home was sold by Mark W. Johnson and Dawn M. Johnson, as trustees of That Certain Revocable Living Trust Agreement.
