Grigio Girls這首歌，網路上幾個歌詞網站的幾個字，與CD專輯歌詞本中有點不同。其中有一個字滿關鍵的，在開始的第二段歌詞。 A Texas girl real strong. Taught me this drunk song. 仔細聽歌曲，Gaga也的確是唱這樣。但是google這首歌的歌詞，跳出來的幾個網站上寫的版本卻是 A Texas girl real strong. Taught me this strong song 或許是因為Gaga許多作品都強調女強人站起來，但這首歌那個字真的應該是用drunk而非strong，專輯附的中文譯本也直接把這首的名字寫醉酒歌(Drunk Song)，因為這首歌的副歌主題與葡萄酒扣在一起。副歌歌詞的Pinot，指的就是釀製葡萄酒所用的葡萄皮諾； Pinot Grigio則是專指灰皮諾這種葡萄酒。 Grigio Girl，可以說是灰色女孩，但整首歌來看，也可以說是葡萄酒(灰皮諾)女孩。 Watch your blues turn gold，將妳的藍色憂鬱轉換成金色的好心情；大家可以去看一下Pinot Grigio葡萄酒的樣貌，看起來就是漂亮的淡金色。這首歌是寫給她罹患癌症第四期的朋友/Haus oh成員Sonja (感謝板友ccwhat說明) Gaga受訪影片 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NiSRZVkQT3g
