Rihanna and Jacko sued

Rihanna and Michael Jackson are the subject of a lawsuit launched by an
African musician, according to reports.
The pair of pop icons are alleged to have stolen a hook from one of
Manu Dibango's tracks, entitled "Soul Makossa" and recorded in 1972.
Jacko has previously struck a deal over the song, in relation to his 1972
"Thriller" smash "Wanna Be Startin' Something".
Now Dibango claims the same sample has been used once again for Rihanna's
2007 hit "Please Don't Stop The Music".
The €500,000 legal challenge, filed earlier this week in Paris, suggests
she only sought permission from the self-styled King Of Pop to use the hook.
Judges are expected to rule if the case should be heard later this month.
