I was surfing channels when I saw Cate Blanchett on the Bravo channel. I am so mad at myself because I didn't get to see the whole show (why did I have to watch the Fear Factor and all other channels before Bravo!). I checked the schedule and it won't rerun it next month. Hopefully, they will rerun the interview in September. Blanchett was very luminous and eloquent; she seemed to be very interested in talking about acting and answering the questions. For example, the host asked her what was the kind of noises she hated the most. She didn't just answer the question. She told us about her traveling and having to stay in hotels (with gestures and facial expressions and all that). Then, she said the worst kind of noises was a couple's arguements coming through the thin wall. You can vividly picutre a couple fighting over some issues in their troubled relationship. The host said that must be the best answer he had ever heard addressing to this question. There are also very funny answers. For example, the profession she definitely will not do is - maggot breeder. She gave a vivic description of what maggot breeders need to do (disgusting is a minor word to describe it).
