BoA* To Take Center Stage at Universiade
BoA is to wrap up the opening ceremony of the 22nd Summer
Universiade Daegu 2003 tomorrow singing the official theme song
"Together Toward Tomorrow" to the accompaniment of a choir.
The ceremony will be broadcast worldwide, which will be another
opportunity for the Asian pop idol to present herself to a wider audience.
BoA has been participating in the "A-nation" concert touring across
Japan with top J-Pop singers including Namie Amuro arranged by her
Japanese management company AVEX Network Inc.
In less than two years since the release of her first single album in
Japan in May 2001, BoA has gained celebrity status on the Japanese
archipelago and was invited to sing at the Korea-Japan Summit banquet in June.
